A photographer's portfolio where the photograph is the interface.
The portfolio of Thomas Scibilia: portrait, sports and street photography from Poznań. Built around the frames themselves: a featured night series, twelve works in the overview and an offer split into four types of session.
A photographer's portfolio has one design problem: everything that is not a photograph competes with the photograph. This website solves it through restraint: typography steps back to the role of a caption and the navigation leaves the full width to the frames.
The series "What I see" has its own place. These are night frames of Poznań, shot from a tripod, with nothing staged. Featuring one series instead of treating all works equally is an editorial move here: it shows how the photographer thinks, not only what he can do.
The offer is split into portraits, sport and events, outdoor sessions and commercial work, so a client knows straight away where they fit.

What this site actually does.
A featured series
The cycle of night photographs of Poznań gets its own section instead of drowning in a grid of thumbnails.
An overview of twelve works
A finished, edited selection instead of everything the photographer has ever shot.
An offer in four groups
Portraits, sport, outdoor sessions and commercial work. The client qualifies themselves.
Typography as a caption
The layout gives the frames the full width. Text never competes with a photograph.
Two specialists from Poznań: websites, online stores, mobile apps and hardware integrations, from a one-page site to a platform.
