The bot that turns conversations into receipts.
An AI advisor for online stores and service websites. It knows the client's catalogue, leads the conversation like a salesperson, shows product cards in the chat and adds them to the cart. It also books appointments for a salon, a practice or a law firm. Installation is one line of code, and results are reported in money, not in the number of interactions.
Most chat widgets on store websites answer questions and stop there. The customer still has to go back to the catalogue, find the product and put it in the cart. CartBot closes that loop: the conversation ends with a product card and a working "Add to cart" button.
The bot works on the catalogue of a specific store, so it recommends what is actually in stock, not what the model makes up. The same engine serves service businesses: instead of a product it offers a time slot and books the appointment.
The owner's report says how much money went through the chat. That is a deliberate decision: "number of interactions" is a metric that is easy to show and hard to turn into a business decision.

What this store actually does.
Product cards in the chat
The bot does not describe a product in words. It shows a card with the price and an add to cart button, so the purchase happens inside the conversation.
Knows the catalogue, no guessing
Answers are built on the store's real range and stock levels, which removes the most common problem with bots: recommending things that are not there.
Appointment booking
The same engine serves a salon, a practice and a law firm. Instead of a cart it offers a free time slot.
One line to install
