Online registration with a family doctor within the Polish public health system (NFZ). The patient chooses a slot on their own, at any time, without calling the helpline and without creating an account. A visit, a phone consultation, a repeat prescription, a referral or a vaccination, confirmed with a booking code.
Phone registration at a clinic is a bottleneck everyone knows: calling on the dot from eight, a busy line, "you are eighteenth in the queue", and a moment later there are no slots left.
The platform gives the patient the same schedule the reception sees and lets them pick a slot from it on their own at any time, weekends included. Booking takes about three minutes and ends with a code the patient uses to manage the visit later.
The path is led like a conversation, not like a form: first what the patient comes with, then who they want to see and when, and the confirmation at the end.
