A parking marketplace for match days and trade fair days in Poznań. The owner of a lot, a driveway or a company car park makes it available for specific events. Drivers book and pay up front with BLIK or a card, and entry opens with a QR code that works without internet.
Around Enea Stadion and the MTP fairgrounds there are not enough spaces on event days, while the lots of companies that do not work on Saturdays stand empty. Parkownia connects the two sides and removes everything that usually blocks the deal: cash, negotiation and phone calls.
Payment is made up front, before the driver leaves home, and the commission is deducted automatically, at one rate for a private person and another for a company. Entry opens with a QR code scanned with a phone, which also works with no signal.
For the owner of a space, getting started takes a minute: the address, the number of spaces, the height of the entrance. A calculator works out the walk to the stadium and to MTP, the number of events within reach and the estimated yearly income, before anyone signs up.
