Treatment records on your phone.
An app for farmers to record crop protection treatments and fertilisation, in the scope required in Poland from 2027. It works without internet and exports a PDF for an inspection.
From 1 January 2027 records of crop protection treatments in Poland have to be kept electronically, with the product's authorisation number, the dose, the crop, the BBCH growth stage, the EPPO code of the pest and the reason for the treatment. Karta Pola keeps them on a phone: fields, treatments, fertilisation, photos, and at the end a record in PDF or CSV ready for an inspection.
A database of products with authorisation numbers is built in: you choose the product, the number fills in on its own, and the app keeps track of the pre-harvest and re-entry intervals and warns you when the wind is too strong. Everything stays on the phone, with no account and no internet. The landing page shows a version under the brand of a distributor or a manufacturer of crop protection products.

A list of fields with the crop and the area. You add a treatment in a few steps. GPS and a photo are optional.
Product database
Authorisation number, active substance, pre-harvest and re-entry intervals built in. You can add your own products.
Records in PDF and CSV
One button and you have a document in the scope the plant health inspectorate (WIORiN) requires at an inspection.
Offline and no account
The data does not leave the phone. It works in the field, where there is no signal.
