A breakdown at harvest reported from a phone, the technician in the calendar, the farmer sees the status.
A service management system for a farm machinery dealer: reports from the field, a dispatcher's board, a technician calendar, a parts warehouse and a status page for the farmer.
AgroSerwis shows one flow from start to finish. The farmer scans the QR code on the machine and reports a breakdown from their phone, marking whether the machine is down. The report lands on the dispatcher's board straight away, and the dispatcher plans the technician and the date in the weekly calendar. The technician gets the job with the machine's history and a list of parts, and closing it ends with a service report. The farmer sees the status under their own link the whole time.
On top of that there is the customers' machine fleet, seasonal inspections with reminders, a parts warehouse with reservations for jobs, and reports: response time and technician workload. The demo runs on a fictional dealer, AgroMax Serwis, with generated data that resets with one button. Login: demo / agroshow2026.

What this app actually does.
Reporting with a QR code
The farmer scans the code on the machine and reports a breakdown with a photo in a minute. No account and no call to the sales rep.
Dispatcher's board
New, planned, in progress, closed. Critical reports jump to the top and wait to be assigned.
Technician calendar
The week on one screen, visits moved by dragging, conflicts visible straight away.
Warehouse and service report
A part added to a job reserves the stock. Closing the job with a report goes into the machine's history.
